Breanna Property built onto the mix of a good shopping centre an even better mix of tenants. Tenants that last and last because they do well. It’s that simple.

Breanna reset the Centre's mix with over 80 new and renewed stores including boutique offers never-before seen in shopping centres in Perth.

Breanna introduced flagship stores (the big stores or stores with special stock) for aspirational brands such as Aesop, Camilla, Georg Jensen, Lululemon and Mecca Cosmetica among many others. She strategically reset the Centre's mix including boutique local food offers (everyone wants the best local produce) some with turnover (‘turnover’ = that’s gross sales to the rest of us) over $40K per square meter, reduced the Centres occupancy cost (which is gross rent divided by sales =occupancy cost %) by over 21% set and drove the Centre's core strategic direction of "being first or 'flagship' " and retained the Centre's position as a premier Centre that others benchmark (that means they want to be just like Claremont Quarter…).
